
Shipping Policies
Domestic:
For Ground Advantage™, please allow approximately 3-7 business days to arrive from the ship date and at least one day for the tracking to be updated with the first scan after the order ships. However, the United States Post Office (USPS) processing facilities are experiencing significant delays periodically and Plum Island Transfers has no control over shipping times once your package leaves our shop.
International:
For International First-Class Mail®, please allow an estimated 6-18 business days to arrive from the ship date. International shipping varies in time depending on exact location. Please note, this does not include any delays experienced at customs.
Plum Island Transfers is not responsible for customs, taxes or duties set by your country. If buyers are unaware of and would like to know what these additional fees will be, many places online can provide estimates. Items shipped internationally that are refused or rejected by the buyer, will not be returned at our expense. Any additional shipping fees that are accrued as a result of refusal or having been redirected by the customer, will be deducted from any refund due.
Please be advised once a package leaves our shop, we have no control over the delivery time. All international delivery times are subject to delays due to customs and the speed, organization, and reliability of the destination country’s delivery services. Please track international packages with the tracking number provided when your package is shipped. We can view only the same information visible to our customers.
Please be advised that any package held by government officials at customs for any reason can and possibly will delay shipping. Customs agents supersede the permissions of all carriers and have the right at any time to detain, destroy, or return a package. If this occurs, refunds cannot be issued. Please be aware of the items being ordered for delivery and what is prohibited for delivery within your country.
